AFTER DONATING BILLIONS TO U.S UNIVERSITY; NIGERIA'S FOOLISH BILLIONAIRE,MOHAMMED INDIMI FINGERED IN DEBT SCANDAL, AS HE BATTLES OVER 20 SUITS IN COURT
by Thepanacea Reporter
Secret Reporters

Days after Secret Reporters broke the news how Nigeria's most foolish billionaire, Mohammed Indimi donated several billions of Naira to Lynn University, which a complex was named after him, our investigation on Indimi's activities has continued, as our findings reveal that Mohammed Indimi is currently battling over 20 law suits in Nigerian courts, on his failure to pay up contractors who had worked or supplied materials to his oil servicing companies.

Secret Reporters investigation shows that, Indimi is currently indebted to contractors to the tune of 500 million U.S dollars, which was for the supply of chemicals, boats, etc which the contractors supplied to Indimi's Oriental Oil and his many oil servicing companies.

Our further investigation shows that, Indimi is also indebted to one of his son-inlaws, with monies running into about 5million U.S dollars, for supply which was made to him.

Haven stolen from Nigeria's oil well in enriching himself and his immediate family, without reaching out to the poor, especially in the North, Mohammed Indimi has come under serious criticism and tongue bashing, for donating billions of cash to a U>S university, when his people wallow in poverty and pains. Our findings revealed.

Intoxicated by his wealth, Mohammed Indimi has influenced the lives of his daughters, by making them get lose, and so disrespectful to Elders and even their husbands at home.

Revelations have emerged that, one of his daughters, Rahama, is married to Mohammed Babangida, son of Nigeria's former President, and our findings on her activities reveals that, Rahama has been an example of a disrespectful wife to the son of the former president, as she sees the father's wealth and influence in the society, as a conduit pipe of exhibiting bad behaviours.

Not done with the Indimis', our medium unraveled facts, that not only Rahama is in the habit of being disrespectful, his other daughters, Jubrilla, Amina, and Zahra, have assumed the position of a demi-god in their husband's houses, as findings reveal, that their loyalty rather lies with their father, than their husbands.

Nigerian Government announces agreement with Niger Delta militants
May 29, 2016 Premium Times
The Federal Government and ex-militants have resolved to end the ongoing pipeline vandalism in the Niger Delta region, an official has said.
Paul Boroh, the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Niger-Delta Matters and Coordinator of the Amnesty Programme, said this at the end of a meeting he convened in Benin.

The common factor is security challenges we are facing in our areas, in our region that is affecting the economy of the country.

Zidane: I dreamed of Champions League win after getting Real Madrid job
29 May 2016 10:01:50 Champions League
The French coach says his positive attitude has made a difference at the Spanish giants as he guided the club to an 11th European Crown at San Siro on Saturday
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane reflected on a dream triumph after his side won the Champions League in a tense final against Atletico Madrid on penalties in Milan.
Just five months after taking over from the sacked Rafael Benitez, the 43-year-old became the first Frenchman to win the title as a head coach and only the seventh man ever to win it as a player and boss after a 5-3 win in the shoot-out followed a 1-1 draw.
Zidane revealed the success had made him feel as proud as former Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti had told him such a triumph would.
He said: "I dreamed this, yes. When the president gave me the opportunity to coach this great club, I knew we could achieve something big.
READ MORE| Beckham congratulates Zidane
"It's huge! Ancelotti told me he hoped I would be able to lift the trophy as a head coach. He told me: 'If you have a chance of winning as coach, you'll see it feels nothing like winning the final as a player' and he was right - it's a massive joy.
"What I've brought is my positive attitude. We have quality, but hard work is even more important – and we've all worked hard.
"When you achieve what we've achieved all season it means you've done well, that the messages have got through, that the players have followed me and that I've followed them. That's how we've managed to win this Champions League.
"I have now won Champions League as player, assistant and now head coach - what can I say? I am very proud to be part of this great club for a long time now.
"When you have players of this calibre, with this talent, you can achieve something big like we have.
"When you win something as big as the Champions League, it means a lot – for the players and the technical staff. I'm very happy for everything we've achieved together. It's not easy at all."

EFCC, BUHARI AND THE PROPAGANDA
By Essien Attah
And he said to me Buhari's regime is a pack of lies and propaganda. And I asked what is propaganda? And his reply, lies. Hence I wonder why the repetition. Buhari's regime is a pack of lies and lies his sentence should read.
But as I watched two court cases unfold yesterday, I wonder who really is lying to oneself.
There was dead silence in the court as the EFCC detective filled the asset forfeiture papers before the Federal High Court judge.
These documents made for grim reading before the impartial judge. Billions of dollars looted from the nation's coffers via a shell company called Atlantic Energy. Payments in millions of dollars for jobs never executed.
The proceeds of corruption used to fund a lifestyle only movie stars and rock stars live. A 2 Million dollar gold wrist watch with crystal clear diamonds embedded in it, an asset worth far more than sports cars, houses and kept women when added together.
A Prized million dollar yacht that even Beyonce and Jay-Z put together can't even afford but had to borrow to look hip on a Carribean getaway.
Super Models in tow like Naomi Campbell, latched on to this front man known as Kola Aluko, as his stupedous sudden wealth appeared to be a celebrated rags to riches tale.
But low this was not so.
As the evidence before the judge showed the decadency and decay of a corrupt society where devilish greed surpasses compassion and honesty. Kola Aluko's assets had been judiciously traced by the EFCC whose swag had been revived by the body language of a President determined to recover billions of looted funds.
$1.8 Billion. A princely sum all held in trust for his benefactor and principal, The Czarina of the last regime who was an untouchable sacred cow that showed the world that a cute beautiful mein can hide a heart of stone.
Document after document before the judge stirred up more shock and anger. "But why he muttered? Why steal what can sustain a small nation for a lifetime in a fit of greed?"
Indeed is this propaganda?
Those who believed when they said Buhari had no certificate were quick to dance azonto on our intelligence but alas when the criminals who deliberately hid his certificate finally returned it on seeing the game was up and the election lost, this same gang unsurprisingly find it hard to come terms with the mammoth crimes committed under their exiled hero. But the evidence before the judge cannot lie. The lifestyle of the said criminals speaks volumes in collaboration. The Czarina who led the charge and ruled over the cartel is now facing money laundering charges in the UK and I wonder if this is also propaganda stirred by the Joseph Goebbels in the Buhari Nazi Regime?
The judge had no choice but to grant the plea of the EFCC. The game is up for Kola Aluko. A worldwide Asset forfeiture ruling has been given against him. He is now a wanted man and his Swiss Mansion has suddenly become his prison for to venture out of this refuge will attract certain arrest. And kudos must go to the once castrated EFCC who has suddenly grown a new set of testicles that has enabled them prosecute cases diligently. Indeed once Kola Aluko is nabbed he too will spill the beans on how his benefactor used him as a corrupt conduit.
But more instructive is the ongoing trial of Air Marshal Alex Badeh. This man was rated as the Collin Powell of the Nigerian Military. Its highest ranking officer ever. The only Air Marshal to rule the skies, the land and the seas as he held sway in the highest position in the land as The Chief of Defence Staff.
Indeed his fall from grace as he stands in the docks must be the most outlandish propaganda ever sold by the Buhari regime in the eyes of those who choose blindness over insight.
How can Jonathan's most trusted Officer be painted as a thief? The man from Vimtim whose might was so devastating that his attack helicopters successful evacuated his kennel of prized dogs before Boko Haram could commit cruelty to animals by using them to make 404 (dogmeat pepper-soup) when the terrorists over ran his home town and put scores of innocent civilians to the sword!
Indeed the propaganda of these Buhari supporters is nauseating.
The Propaganda machinery of President Buhari's supporters have over looked the vast contributions to the Nigerian economy by Air Marshal Badeh who has single-handedlysustained the nation's housing boom by building beautiful mansions and castles fit for a King which his princes are ever willing to reject hence the hunt for more property goes on ad infinitum.
Or is it the 1.8 Billion Naira shopping mall that has employed hundreds of people and ensured the rich and mighty don't have to waste scarce foreign exchange to travel abroad to buy luxury items when Badeh's shopping mall is an ever present edifice ready to meet their needs.
But alas the court was dead silence in the second case as the prosecution witness said he could not lie for Badeh who had cajoled him to lie on his behalf and say the shopping mall was his.
Mustapha Yerima, the witness and Badeh's real estate developer said he was helpless as the mountain of evidence before him was too incriminating hence he could not lie. Bank statements, cheques, bill of quantities, wire transfers, personal e-mails and property deeds proving communication between the developer and Badeh were incontrovertible.
Even pictures of Alex Junior Badeh directing affairs were also displayed.
Indeed Badeh is in shark-infested waters and is bleeding profusely. Extracting himself from his box of crimes will even surprise Harry Houdini, the great escape artist.
And how the EFCC under Magu deserve due praise for their diligent investigation of Financial crimes. Shows they were not asleep when all these Grand Theft Affairs (GTA) were going on. They were only in hibernation gathering evidence for they knew one day the regime of GTA will end and a new regime may ask for a postmortem of the affairs of yore.
Badeh will get his comeuppance. A man who sees the life of a dog as more precious than his kinsmen and soldiers deserves no pity.
A man who stole from his troops and left them hanging out to dry in the theatre of war deserves little sympathy.
A man whose gluttony cost countless lives is not worthy to be running around enjoying the proceeds of corruption.
If this is propaganda then count me guilty of spreading it. But alas this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Call it Nuremburg and victor's justice of a Buhari Nazi Regime destined to soil the good name of the exiled Hero of Nigerian Democracy but the facts are indisputable and give a clear picture of how the country was run aground.
Call it propaganda, call it lies but the men who are feeling the heat for their crimes either in court or on exile all know the truth hence unbelief helps nought.

Should the President want to reshuffle his cabinet, I propose the following names:
Mr Lai Mohammed should be dropped from the cabinet. His performance in the last one year ranges precariously from 30-40%. The President can offload Lai to National Orientation Agency as the head.
Adebayo Shittu has done enough. Feelers from industry top shots in the communication sector show that the position is too big for him. The President can make him the head of Hajj Commission.
The two ministers in the Niger-Delta Ministry need to be removed outright. I don't think also they should be given any other prominent national assignment again.#PMB
The FCT Minister has been largely anonymous except perhaps when he sees off the President to the airport or when he goes to receive him whenever he arrives. He does not deserve any cabinet position again.
Baba Adamu Adamu has been anonymous too. I think now that he should not have left his illustrious career as a columnist and pontiff of good governance to serve as a Minister. He appears overwhelmed.
Minister of the Interior, General Dambazzau, deserves to go. He has been largely anonymous too, except for when his orderly shined his shoes in the public, much to the chagrin of the Nigerian masses.
The 'Comrade' in the Ministry of Youths I don't know what exactly he has been doing in the last one year apart from donning his red beret whenever he is on national assignment.
If I were the President, I will remove the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal. Some odious tales from his sensitive and big office are not helping the image of the President.

~ Buhari orders EFCC to probe minister, 2 governors
May 28, 2016
*To announce total recovered loot tomorrow
AS President Muhammadu Buhari marks the first anniversary of his presidency tomorrow, he has decided to rev up his fight against corruption, shaking off the tag of fighting a partisan war.
Consequently, at least one of his ministers and two serving governors (names witheld) are having mature cases with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on the orders of the president.
A competent source said the probe of the minister is connected with how he ran the finances of his state when he was governor, while the two serving governors are being probed based on petitions alleging sundry infractions to public funds. One of them will answer questions on his handling of local government funds while the other is implicated with regards to misappropriation of security funds.
One of the governors belongs to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the other is of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
"Misapplicationof funds meant for an agency of the state government is the crux of the allegations the said minister is contending with. Investigation is on and he will be asked questions in the days to come," an EFCC source told Saturday Tribune on Friday.
The source also said President Buhari would not shield any member of his party implicated in cases of fraud and misappropriation of public funds.
Our reporter also reliably learnt that the president would, in his broadcast tomorrow, give an account of the funds recovered so far from former government officials, contractors and military officers.
The source, who informed our reporter of this part of the president's message to Nigerians on the first anniversary of his administration, however, did not give the figure the president would announce.
"Refunds have been made in billions. The president will speak on the amount on May 29 and Nigerians will be shocked. Even at that, the figure keeps increasing every day. Many have refunded, some are saying they would return their loot, provided they would not be prosecuted," the source said.
He, however, added that while some may end up being witnesses, others would not escape prosecution even after paying back what they 'stole'.

TYRANNY LOOMS AS BUHARI PUTS WIKE AND FAYOSE UNDER SECURITY WATCH; PREVENTS THEM FROM TRAVELLING ABROAD WITHOUT PERMISSION
by Thepanacea Reporter
There are strong indications that the Federal Government may have placed two governors from the Southern part of the country on a watch-list.

A source from the Presidency said the governors are from the South-West and South-South.
The decision to place them under watch, the source said stemmed from their activities which, he said, were "clearly anti-Nigeria. Their activities have negative security implications."

It was learnt that the governors would no longer be allowed to travel overseas unless they are given permission by key security outfits and officials.

The order to this effect, the source said, had been handed to all security organisations and relevant offices.
The directive was said to have been issued three weeks ago.

The source said the memo was explicit that any of the affected governors must, as a matter of compulsion, "see the Director General in Abuja" before being allowed to embark on foreign trips.

Asked if the move would not be a negation of constitutional rights of the governors as officials who enjoy immunity and who operate in a federal system, the source disagreed.

He argued that the immunity was not being tampered with, stressing that a number of security questions were involved.

According to him, "the government is moving to stop any form of infractions and the process does not infringe upon the immunity of any of the actors. I believe that none of the officials would be stopped from embarking on trips unnecessarily."

On what would happen if the affected governors refuse to comply with the new order, the source disclosed that they would be prevented by the security from boarding their flights.

"The security knows what to do in the case of any of them failing to get the required clearance before embarking on trips abroad.

He will be prevented from boarding his flight," he said.

Quiet man Zidane the key to Real Madrid's 11th heaven
28 May 2016 22:55:00 Champions League
Los Blancos, against all the odds, fought back from a mid-season meltdown to claim an historic 11th European crown and they have the calm brought by their coach to thankCOMMENTHe still looks fit enough to smash an over-the-shoulder volley into the top corner but that's not his job any more. In any case, his trousers would probably rip.
Zinedine Zidane might not have demonstrated tactical innovations to the extent of Pep Guardiola so far in his career, but Florentino Perez's gamble in trying to promote from within following the sacking of Rafael Benitez has paid off.
Real Madrid are champions of Europe for the 11th time thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's decisive fifth penalty following Juanfran's miss.
It will be that ubiquitous tanned torso on your back pages in the morning, not the bald head of Zizou. The two shared a few quiet words before the second half of extra time; they both parted with a smile and a laugh. They looked like two old timers chatting at a bus stop. There is the key to what Zidane has brought.
He has now played his part in the last three Real Madrid European Cup victories. There was that volley against Bayer Leverkusen in 2002, he was assistant to Carlo Ancelotti in 2014 when Real claimed la Decima against Atletico Madrid and now he has emerged from the shadows of the Castilla team to claim the European Cup as a coach in his own right.
There is a touch of Ancelotti about Zidane's success and, in truth, a certain continuation of the policies of Benitez. He has expertly blended both for a new Real Madrid. The club may not have a coherent strategy off the field but Zidane is the carpet under which it all can be brushed.
Where the players loved Ancelotti, there was only antipathy towards his successor. However, by marrying the strands of Ancelotti's management of people to Benitez's ideas of giving balance to Madrid, Zidane has forged a winning identity.
Benitez was whistled, booed and ridiculed for putting Casemiro in the team at the expense of James Rodriguez and Isco as starters. Zidane's midfield plays in a similar manner to that which his predecessor intended. Casemiro could have given his team the lead here but the balance he brought on the night was key throughout. Anyone Invited By EFCC Cannot Come Out Clean, Says Magu.
"We don't chase innocent people; we investigate people before we arrest them. We follow the money, we trace when you received the money, and we also investigate how you utilised the money,"
"That's why anybody that is invited here will not come out clean, because we do our homework before we invite you. We may investigate for a year or six months and the person would not know."
Magu said the agency does not select those it prosecutes, adding that once there is any evidence against suspects, the EFCC goes after them.
"There is no sacred cow, we will go after anybody who has stolen the resources of the people. We have no reservations," he said.
"We fight corruption both within and outside. We don't go after innocent people for political reasons, we are going after the thieves of state resources."
"London is the capital of money laundering; it is where all the stolen money is hidden. It has given a haven to all the corrupt persons and stolen money from all states of the world,"
"In fact, it is the headquarters of money laundering. Most of the stolen money are hidden either by properties or in banks or as physical cash."
